- The general duty is to supervise the head teacher and principal of the schools effectively.
- Candidate must be a female not older than 45 years old, with between 10 and 15 years teaching experience in both primary and secondary school and has risen to the level of principal in a well established secondary school.
- Must possess a B.A / B.Sc (Education).
General Attributes
- Must be able to work with little or no supervision.
- Must be articulate and innovative.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English.
- Must be able to use the computer (Word, Excel).
