Job Title: Senior Internal Audit Manager

Location: Lagos


Job Description

  • This position provides internal control support to the business, performs financial and investigative audits; with the ultimate target to close potential business risks.
  • Ensure compliance with established internal control measures required by regulatory standards for effective and efficient business operations.

Key Accountabilities

  • Monitor, review accounting related system reports for accuracy and completeness.
  • Analyze expenditure trends, recommend appropriate expenditure levels and ensure expenditure control.
  • Identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures and cost savings.
  • Performs full internal audit cycle including risk management and control management over operations effectiveness, financial reliability.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable company established processes and regulatory.
  • Maintains internal ccntrols system by updating audit programs, recommend new policies and procedures inline with best practices.
  • Eromotes effective cislc manaaement and internal control practices at reasonable cost.
  • To carry out on regular basis price/market intelligence.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree or it’s equivalent in Accounting or other related fields.
  • ICAN is required, IIA, ISACA certifications will be an added advantage.
  • A minimum of 8 years’ work experience with preference internal control management, managing audit projects; consulting experience will be an advantage.


Job Title: Quality Manager

Location: Lagos


Job Description

  • This position is responsible for ensuring compliance and conformance of the company quality management system to the relevant requirements of Nigeria CAR and other international standards.
  • The successful candidate will work with internal and external stakeholders to establish, implement, review and promote quality and continuous improvement system.

Key Accountabillties

  • Ensure the establishment of a robust quality management system that meets the Nigeria CAR requirements as well as other certifying bodies’ requirements.
  • Monitor compliance with and adequacy of procedures to ensure airworthy aircraft at all times via an audit programme and that all maintenance is performed in accordance with Approved data.
  • Manage the company quality/surveillance audits system and coordinate with relevant managers to analyze root cause of different audit findings.
  • Liaise and interface with Nigeria Civil aviation authorities and customers on regulatory and quality matters.
  • Monitor all contracted maintenance for compliance with contract conditions relevant to airworthiness and that contracted organisations have the relevant NCAR Approvals and facilities.
  • Responsible for establishing. documenting, developing and managing the Quality Management System and for ensuring that it continues to comply with regulatory requirements and to meet the needs of the business.
  • Ensure all quality related policies and procedures detailed in the Operations and Quality SOP manuals are adhered to and carry out an ongoing review of the adequacy and effectiveness of Quality System procedures.
  • Conduct all Air worthinessTechnical Review meetings.

Education and Experience

  • B.Sc/HND in Engineering/Aviation Sciences.
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in aircraft maintenance quality control/quality assurance fields involving aircraft base and line maintenance, engine and components repair workshop and desiqn organisation.
  • Certified QMS Lead auditor with sound auditing experience
  • Relevant training courses, including aircraft type courses, SMS, Safety Risk assessment, relevant regulatory training.


Job Title: Business Development Manager

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • This position plans and delivers the sales strategy of the organization to achieve the related revenue target for the organization.
  • It also develop strategies to achieve optimal results in keeping existing and securing new contacts, continuously increasing the numbers yearly.

Key Accountabilities

  • Plan and deliver and sales strategy for corporate sales to achieve or exceed the revenue targets each financial year.
  • Source and secure new individual and corporate sales contract every year to become the preferred luxury executive jet carrier in Nigeria.
  • Efficiently lead the customer relations management plan, deliver the contractual obligation and excellent standard of services to our clients.
  • Ensure payments are monitored and secured on the due dates from each client.
  • Manage individual sales portfolio of key corporate accounts and travel partners.
  • Implement and monitor sales strategies to ensure annual budgeted revenue and market share is achieved.
  • Recommend sales and promotional action plans to management based on market needs and feedback.
  • Prepare and submit comprehensive reports, summaries, and tabulations on business development activities and client mana9ement activities to management.
  • Responsible for developing forecasts for new businesses and execute sales strategy to achieve them.
  • Develop customer loyalty packages/initiatives for approval and implementation.

Education and Experience

  • University Graduate in a Marketing or Business-related field, certifications in Loyalty/CRM desirable.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role with an airline.
  • Extensive experience in building/revamping and managing an airline’s frequent flyer program or a travel-related loyalty program.
  • Hands on experience developing and implementing targeted offer strategies like a deep understanding of customer segmentations and life cycle marketing.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to present results end concepts to senior management
  • Able to derive insights to construct offers, campaigns and communications that drive profitable customer behaviors.


Job Title: Chief Operating Officer

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • This position reports to the Board of Directors and assume full accountability for the smooth operation and running of the company and its development.
  • The successful candidate will be required to coordinate and manage all processes and procedures for optimal running of every department to achieve the objectives of the company are met, position the company as a carrier of choice, ensuring full compliance with all national and international regulatory requirement and adherence to established company SOPs.

Key Accountabillties

  • Responsible for planning, controlling, implementing and management of the company’s business growth, operational effectiveness, administration and financial performance.
  • Ensure full compliance with all applicable Nigeria CAR and other applicable international aviation regulations and sustain the AOC license.
  • Ensure aircrafts are airworthy and comply with all applicable safety regulations.
  • Aligns charter objectives with operational infrastructure and operational capability to ensure operations are conducted in accordance with Operations Manual.
  • Ensure adequate resources, facilities, information, data, systems to support operations and maintenance. Monitor operational results, occurrences and incidents.
  • Ensure policy, procedures and systems are in place to receive operational feedback and implement continuous improvement to the management system.
  • Ensure a profitable long-term development of the company, development and execution of annual plans, marketing and contracting and approval of purchases and expenditures.
  • Monitor the operating budget to ensure budget efficiency.
  • Maintain an operations policy manual to include flight, maintenance and pertinent company policies.
  • Establish learning culture for pilots and maintenance technicians, including proficiency reviews, initial training, recurrent training and upgrade training.

Education and Experience

  • MBA in business management or related discipline is desired.
  • HND/Degree Business Management or any other related course.
  • Minimum of 15 years’ work experience in the aviation industry with preference in aircraft operations management, pilotage and brand development and management.
  • Thorough knowledge of business strategy development and implementation, customer loyalty management and Nigeria CAR compliance.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Professional business savvy.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer relationship skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Must be a team player with excellent crew resource management skills.
