Job Title: Juice Bar Team Member
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Job Summary
- The Juice Bar Team members are responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving customer complaints and addressing any questions or comments that customers may have.
- This associate will have thorough knowledge of policies and procedures related to cash register operations and be capable of processing transactions quickly.
- The Juice Bar Attendant will work diligently to keep the store clean, safe and accessible to the customers.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for food preparation and stocking Juice Bar Grab n Go.
- Ensures the store is fully stocked. (Straws, Cups, etc.)
- Maintains Juice Bar cleanliness.
- Keeps merchandise clean and ready to be displayed.
- Oversees inventory and ensure items are stocked in the Store.
- Ensures cleanliness standards meet health and safety standards.
- Responsible for hitting individual sales goals assigned to you by the Manager.
- Greets and assists customers and advises on utilization and care of merchandise.
- Offers advice to clients regarding products or services.
Required Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Good customer service skills
- Product and job knowledge
- Good people skills
- Highly organized and motivated
- Possess an understanding of food & beverage operations
- Must be able to work days, evenings and weekends on rotational basis
- All Applicants must be within the Lekki-Ajah corridor Lagos
Minimum Certifications/Educational Level:
- Minimum of SSCE
- Experience in Food and Beverage service is preferred
- Experience in a health club or Hospitality industry preferred
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to stand for up to 7 hours a day
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 13kg

Job Title: Corporate Assistant
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Job Summary
- The general responsibility of the Corporate Assistant is to assist the CEO in handling the general office operation at the Juice Bar and organizational tasks especially as it concerns the corporate branding.
Primary Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound communication regarding the brand, via email, phone and social media platforms.
- Update and create content on all platforms – website, blog, social media, brochures and flyers.
- Attend and organize brand events – Social and PR events.
- Assist in daily office operation like depositing money at the bank and documenting it.
- Generate and analyse weekly reports on brand perception and customer activities offline/online.
- Come up with and implement marketing plans for the brand – online and offline.
- Provide oversight and admin on ERP system.
- Look out for current news and happiness, and use them to the brands advantage.
- Any other task as assigned by the CEO.
Skills and Qualifications
- Must have a degree in relevant field.
- Strong interest in healthy foods.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must have strong competency level with all Microsoft Office programs on Mac and PC
- Must be proficient in all major social media channels including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tumblr and LinkedIn
- Quick learner and agile multi-tasker, demonstrate proactive initiative
- Comfortable in marketing the FAB brand.
- Ability to remain calm and confident under pressure

- The Juice Bar Lead will provide leadership to a team of about 5 Juice Bar attendants.

- Provide leadership at the Juice Bar.
- Receive and process orders via phone and online channels.
- Ensures the store is fully stocked. (Straws, Cups, etc.)
- Maintains Juice Bar cleanliness.

- Oversees inventory and ensure items are stocked in the Store.
- Ensures cleanliness standards meet health and safety standards.
- Responsible for hitting sales goals of the Juice Bar.
