Job Title: Research Analyst
Location: Nigeria
Responsibilities
The duties will include but not limited to the following:
- Have an in-depth knowledge of capital market
- Monitor and analyze corporate releases, valuation of securities across industries and sectors and give recommendation
- Provide macroeconomic analyses,advise on outlook and recommend on holdings and new investments across asset classes
- Build valuation and performance models as required.
- Provide monthly and quarterly equity sectorial analysis report for management
- Provide weekly, monthly and quarterly research analysis report on the capital market, macroeconomic trends and market projections.
- Conduct financial and business analysis for investment decisions.
- Provide buy or sell side analysis on select stock to aid investment.
Qualifications
- A University Degree in any Finance or Business related discipline from a reputable University.
- Master’s Degree and other professional qualifications.
- Minimum of 8 years post NYSC experience of which at least 6 must be in the Financial Services Sector/ Stockbroking sector.
- Proficiency in the uses of MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc).
