Research Analyst Job at a Licensed Pension Fund Administrator (PFA)

Job Title: Research Analyst

Location: Nigeria

Responsibilities
The duties will include but not limited to the following:

  • Have an in-depth knowledge of capital market
  • Monitor and analyze corporate releases, valuation of securities across industries and sectors and give recommendation
  • Provide macroeconomic analyses,advise on outlook and recommend on holdings and new investments across asset classes
  • Build valuation and performance models as required.
  • Provide monthly and quarterly equity sectorial analysis report for management
  • Provide weekly, monthly and quarterly research analysis report on the capital market, macroeconomic trends and market projections.
  • Conduct financial and business analysis for investment decisions.
  • Provide buy or sell side analysis on select stock to aid investment.

Qualifications

  • A University Degree in any Finance or Business related discipline from a reputable University.
  • Master’s Degree and other professional qualifications.
  • Minimum of 8 years post NYSC experience of which at least 6 must be in the Financial Services Sector/ Stockbroking sector.
  • Proficiency in the uses of MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc).
