- Achieving and surpassing set sales targets
- Share excellent relationship/skills with dealers arid retailers
- Must have several years of experience in direct sales and sales management in the FMCG field
- Must have consummate skills in sales marketing.
- Must be able to find and create new dealers for the business
- Strong team network and can implement strategies by monitoring, analyzing sales activities
