Job Tittle: Head – Operations, Assistant Manager
Functional Description:
- Incharge of full Operations is responsible for process / maintaining operational efficiency of all the Water Treatment plants in Ghana
Job Requirements/Responsibilities:
- WHC [WaterHealth Center] operations and its maintenance in line with Theme. Ensure minimal plant break down. Conducting regular service audits to ensure that the Business Associate complies with the laid down processes. Ensuring reduction in wastage and optimization of the Operations and Maintenance [O&M] Costs. Increasing and maintaining RO [Reverse Osmosis] recovery at ≥60 – 70%, as per WaterHealth guidelines. Controlling the NREW [Non Revenue Earning Water]. Maintaining and tracking inventory for the assigned grid. Training the Business Associate (Operators) on plant operating procedures.
Qualification:
- Bsc. Mechanical /Electrical Engineering.
Functional Experience:
- Minimum 5 year experience in any
- manufacturing, process and service industries
Years of Experience: 5-10 Years
