Job Title: Sales Executive
Location: Mowe, Lagos, after the Redemption camp but you would report to the office once a week.
Job Details
- Generate sales with existing and new clients
- Coordinate closing of deals and signing of document
- Schedule visit/ inspections to our estates to show our product to prospective clients
- Responsible to build and maintain an excellent relationship with clients on an ongoing basis
- Prepare and send weekly report to immediate supervisor
- Perform other functions that may be assigned by management. on an ongoing basis
- Prospect and get new clients to increase our client data base
- Develop and increase sales by following up on potential clients through visits and meetings
- Develop innovative ideas to boost sales
- Accompany clients during their visit to all our estates for inspection
- Consult with clients to know what type of properties they want
Requirements
- Candidates are required to have a Degree in a related field.
- At least one year work experience as a Sales Executive.
- Experience in the real estate industry is an added advantage.
