Job Title: Analytics Support Executive

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • Work across organization functions and teams to understand and address common reporting concerns through researching
  • Analyze the data within the system to improve data accuracy by identifying problems and working with the necessary group(s) to correct.
  • Provide ongoing training and support to end users on system functionality, data model and adherence.
  • Maintain a sense of accountability and responsibility.
  • Provide BI team with up-to-date and accurate information in regards to BI best practices, trends and developments.
  • Responsible for working with all levels throughout the organization in order to gather and document the organizational BI needs.
  • Research new technology and develop business cases to support business intelligence goals and objectives.


  • Possess 6 to 8 Years working experience in SAS
  • Must have debugging and data analysis skills and problem analysis and solving acumen.
  • Sound knowledge of telecom domain related analytics modeling (e.g. churn prediction, fraud detection etc.) and data mining concept.
  • Exposure in the following areas is a definite advantage: data warehousing, data modeling
  • Good problem solving skills and with ability to think out of the box.
  • Self-motivated, a fast learner and be able to work independently.
  • Demonstrate the skills and knowledge to establish and manage timelines, project priorities and handle multiple/concurrent projects.
  • Ability to query data comfortably to provide information requested by business users as needed.
  • BI or data analytics experience or data analytics internship experience
  • Understanding of relational databases and the ability to query and analyze large data sets.
  • Willing to work at onsite customer location – prior onsite experience would be an added advantage

Job Title: ETL+ Report Support

Location: Lagos


  • Possesses minimum 6 to 8 years’ of ETL development experience using Informatica and Oracle PL/SQL
  • Should have ETL Implementation experience for large Telco BI Projects
  • Good design & development Experience in Universe, Dashboard creation, MS Office Integration, Oracle Database for reporting.
  • Ability to debug and analyze DWH problem end to end and fix it.
  • Ability to independently manage and support DWH application and handle SLA.
  • Good development Experience in Oracle 10.g,11.g,12c, Unix Shell Scripting.
  • Must have experience and in depth knowledge on ETL Jobs monitoring, bugs fixing, data issues.
  • Sound knowledge of telecom domain and data warehouse concept.
  • Exposure in the following areas is a definite advantage: data warehousing, data modeling, SQL , PL/SQL.
  • Self-motivated, a fast learner and be able to work independently.
  • Exposure to work on Managed Services environment is must
  • Willing to work at onsite customer location.

Job Title: Oracle PL/SQL Senior Developer (Designer/Architect)

Location: Lagos


  • Must have 6-8 yrs of experience in Oracle PL/SQL
  • Experience in solution architecting and implementing large scale BI solution in Oracle Technologies, preferably in the Telecom domain.
  • Experience in dealing with Multi Terabyte data warehouses
  • Clear idea of BI solution components including ETL/OLAP/DB in Oracle domain
  • Should have good knowledge on Data Modelling
  • Good communication and customer handling skills including technical proposal defense capability
  • Willing to work at onsite customer location – prior onsite experience would be an added advantage.

Job Title: Business Analyst

Location: Lagos

Job Description/Requirements

  • Possesses minimum 6 to 8 years’ of Business Analytics experience using Informatica and Oracle PL/SQL in Telcom Domain
  • Define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements
  • Perform quality assurance.Define reporting and alerting requirements
  • Own and develop relationship with partners, working with them to optimize and enhance our integration
  • Help design, document and maintain system processes
  • Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to product team
  • Communicate key insights and findings to product team
  • Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer
  • Implement advanced strategies for gathering, reviewing and analyzing data requirements
  • Prioritize requirements and create conceptual prototypes and mock-ups
  • Master strategic business process modeling, traceability and quality management techniques
  • Apply best practices for effective communication and problem-solving
  • Written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills
  • Understanding of systems engineering concepts. The ability to conduct cost/benefit analysis
  • Business case development . Modeling techniques and methods. Assisting with the business case
  • Planning and monitoring. Eliciting requirements. Requirements organization. Requirements analysis
  • Translating and simplifying requirements. Requirements management and communication
