Job Title: Real Estate Agent
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- We are looking for a professional Real Estate Agent with knowledge of Construction and with a Civil Engineering background.
Job Responsibilities
- Develops property listings by building rapport and reaching out to potential sellers; meeting potential sellers in community activities.
- Display and market real property to possible buyers
- Prepare of Bill of Quotation (BOQ), also to prepare and proofread real estate documents from leases to closing contracts
- Participate in active marketing initiatives, from cold calling to attending industry events
- Attend closing dates and provide support for clients
Requirements and Qualifications
- OND/HND/B.Sc in related field
- 2 – 5 years experience
- Knowledge of end to end Real Estate Business
- A background in Civil Engineering with proven track of successful sales record
- Candidate should have knowledge in building and construction
- Proven working experience as a Real Estate Agent or Real Estate Sales person
- Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
