Job Description
- Managing relationships with clients and suppliers
- Coming up with original ideas for events
- Booking venues, entertainment, equipment and supplies
- Hiring and supervising contractors
- Making sure that everything runs smoothly on event days
- Managing onsite teams including volunteers
- Supporting colleagues
- Creating budgets and timescales
- Researching venues, contacts and suppliers
- Negotiating prices with suppliers and contractors
Qualification & Requirements
- OND, HND Or BSc. Qualification Required
- You must have experienced in event management & Co-Ordination
- Ability to conduct research on the Internet
- Ability to Use Microsoft Applications
- Ability to pay attention to details
- Must be Female (Single) between 20 to 30 years old
- Ability to use the Internet Effectively
- Candidate Must Reside within Surulere & Nearby Environs
