 Job Title: Customer Sales Executive
Location: Lagos
Job Purpose
  • Role is designed to execute sales strategy by ensuring effective customer relationship management, drive sales volume and manage effective collection strategies in assigned territories
  • Specific duties include but not limited to
  • Responsible to the Sales Manager or Regional Sales Manager for the implementation of company’s sales objectives in the region.
  • Responsible for effective distribution of Company’s products in assigned territory.
  • Assist the Regional Sales Manager in the preparation of the regional sales plan.
  • Develop the existing and future key distributors in assigned territory.
  • Monitor trade relations between, key distributors, non-key distributors, and sub-dealers.
  • Develop and manage existing and potential institutional outlets and organizations in assigned territory.
  • Compile and complete reconciliation of all customers’ accounts issues regularly.
  • Report all sales and collection figures daily, weekly and monthly.
  • Ensure continuous retention of key accounts and addition of new accounts.
  • Constantly monitor market trend with a view to maintaining and increasing Company’s share of the market in assigned territory.
  • Collate and report on competitive activities in assigned territory.
  • Responsible for recommending and coordinating in-store specific promotions.
  • Assist the Regional Sales Manager in the management and coordination of regional trade shows and events.
  • Ensure effective implementation of distributors’ outlets visibility in the assigned territory
Educational Qualifications and Requirements
  • Degree or Equivalent
  • Should have 4 years work experience. 1 year at Management Level.
  • Good experience in sales, particularly in Industrial Products and Consumer Durable.
  • Sales experience in Foam Industry an advantage.
  • Practical sales field experience required

Job Title: Sales Manager
Location:

Job Purpose
  • This is a management position; designed to execute sales strategy by coordinating Customer Service Executives’ sales activities, ensure effective customer relationship management, drive sales volume and manage effective collection strategies in assigned territories
Specific responsibilities include but is not limited to:
  • Responsible to the Regional Sales Manager for the implementation of company’s sales objectives in the region.
  • Work with Marketing to ensure consistent lead generation.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to create and deploy prospecting process.
  • Responsible for effective distribution of Company’s products
  • Responsible for “test market” of new products and exploit their market potentials to the fullest.
  • To train and develop Sales-Force and coordinate their efforts towards achieving the company’s set target.
  • To assist the Regional Sales Manager in the implementation of annual sales budget as approved in AOP.
  • To develop existing and future key distributors in assigned territory.
  • Monitor trade relations between, key distributors, non-key distributors, and sub-dealers.
  • To develop and manage existing and potential institutional outlets and organizations in assigned territory.
  • To constantly monitor the market trend with a view to maintaining and increasing the Company’s share of the market in the assigned region.

  • Coordinate the implementation of distributors’ outlets visibility.
