We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Business Admin & HR Officer
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
  • The HR & Admin Officer supports the smooth running of operations
  • Managing all administrative work
  • Assist in documentation and updating company’s files and records
  • Experience in payrolls, taxes and accounting preferred
  • Assist in recruitment and conducting of induction and training programme for new entrants
  • Maintain a secure personnel file for each staff according including an up to date employment contract and clear job descriptions
  • Ensure effective performance appraisal system is maintained.
Requirements
  • B.Sc/HND in a related field
  • Proven working experience of 3 – 5 years in this field
Key Competencies:
  • Good computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Good planning and organizational skills
  • Sense of concision and structure
  • Highly professional and ethical with ability to maintain confidentiality
