Job Overview
  • The Parking Cashier is responsible for cash and credit card transactions associated with daily and monthly parking customers, including collecting payment and providing correct change to customers.
  • The Parking Cashier matches customer’s ticket to parking rate schedule and accurately accounts for all daily transactions.
  • Provides excellent customer service and assists customers promptly and in a friendly manner.
Key Relationships:
  • Customers, property owners/clients, employees, CPS management.
Standard Specifications:
  • Individual will remain in proper position as directed by the supervisor or Parking Operations Manager.
  • Individual will be attentive to all customers and coworkers.
  • Individual will perform in a professional manner at all times. Individual will observe all safety rules and regulations.
Essential Job Functions
  • Greet each patron entering through or approaching parking booth for payment.
  • Must attend all continued training seminars and classes when called upon.
  • Collect revenues and issue parking tokens or receipts as vehicles leaves the parking area.
  • Record and verify names of guests with authorized event parking list.
  • Responsible for counting/balancing cash bank at end of every shift.
  • Provide courteous and professional level of customer service and assist patrons with relevant answers to their questions.

Job Description
  • The Technician will work on all aspects (troubleshooting, maintenance and installation) of computerized parking and access control systems.
  • Experience in Parking Control or Access Control systems is a major plus. Products include automatic barrier gates, ticket dispensers, access and revenue control computers and software.
Qualifications
  • We are seeking a hard working, conscientious, self-motivated high school graduate, with an electronics degree or equivalent, strong electro mechanical aptitude with computer skills and good cause and effect troubleshooting skills.
  • The right individual would have previous field work experience, a good understanding of electronics, be comfortable with using power tools such as a hammer drill, sawzall, cement saw, and also have good computer software and hardware skills.

Job Description
  • Responsible for managing, coordinating and maintaining the operations of an in-house administered parking facility in an efficient and courteous manner in accordance with laid down company guidelines, policies and standards.
  • This position requires the supervision of all other parking facility staff.
  • Manage, implement and supervise all daily parking operations. Organize, maintain, and reconcile various financial records, both manually and through automated methods. Manage claims process, limit liability and maintain overall safety in the facility.
  • Train, supervise, counsel, schedule and evaluate garage attendant staff.
Job Overview
  • This position is responsible for the overall day to day management of parking operations including supervision of staff, customer service, preserving maintenance and appearance standards, loss control, and financial budgeting/reporting to ensure a positive parking experience for each customer or patron at the designated parking lot.

  • To supervise, coordinate, and assign work relating to parking facility operations, including the collection and depositing of parking revenues.
Essential Job Functions
  • Walk the location to observe the physical condition and appearance of the location, the volume of business and the performance of the attendants/cashiers.
  • Monitor the performance of all employees and provide feedback as appropriate.
  • Instruct, train, supervise, and evaluate subordinate personnel and also on company procedures and policies.
  • Implement and enforce customer service standards
  • Aid in the completion of employee reviews.
  • Assist in the auditing of cashier reports and daily summaries.
  • Learn Accounting procedures.
  • Provide information to and respond to inquiries from the public.
  • Inspect parking lots and insure the proper correction of problems relating to their physical conditions
  • Assist the Operations Manager in reviewing the parking lot operations and oversee the efficient utilization of staff and equipment.
  • Responsible for management of parking facility in the absence of the Operations Manager.
  • Prepare periodic reports regarding parking lot operations and revenues in absence of Operations Manager.
  • Perform any other reasonable tasks and duties as assigned by management.
Distingushing Characteristics:
  • Positions assigned to the class of Parking Lot Supervisor are responsible for the operation of one or more off-street parking facilities (car parks) for all operational hours.
  • Positions in this class are distinguished from those in the Senior Parking Lot Attendant class by the broader range of supervisory responsibilities over parking lot personnel and facilities.
Supervision Received and Exercised:
  • General supervision is provided by the Assistant Parking Operations Manager assigned to off-street parking operations. Responsibilities include the direct and indirect supervision of Senior Parking Lot Attendants and Parking Lot Attendants.

  • Completion of a minimum of 2 years of working experience in similar working environment and must be a Bachelor degree holder or equivalent.
  • Ability to do basic arithmetic with knowledge of practical bookkeeping and basic accounting functions.
