Responsibilities
- Maintains receiving, warehousing and distribution operations for finished goods.
- This position reports to the Plant Director
Qualification & Experience
- A Degree holder with minimum of 3 years’ management experience in similar position
Salary Package
Up to N2.4m pa
Job Title: Quality Control Manager
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Manages the inspection and testing of raw materials, in-process stocks and finished goods to ensure adherence to established standards.
- Also proposes corrective action to improve compliance to quality specifications.
- This position reports to the Plant Director.
Qualification & Experience
- Degree holder in the Physical Sciences with minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar position
Salary Package
Up to N3.6million pa
Job Title: Head of Sales
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for developing strategy and coordinating plans for sales and market development.
- Also heads up team of Sales Reps as Aquaculture Advisers.
- This position reports to the Managing Director
Salary Package
Up to N4.8million pa
Job Title: Chief Buyer
Location: Epe, Lagos
Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for developing strategy and implementing plans for sourcing, procurement and on-time delivery of packaging and raw materials to the Epe plant.
- This position reports to the Managing Director.
Qualification & Experience
- Degree holder with minimum 5 years management experience in B2B buying role in manufacturing or service industry sectors.
Salary Package
Up to N4.8m pa.
Job Title: Production Manager
Location: Epe, Lagos
Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for planning and organizing production schedules for outputs that meet quality spec, on-time and within budget cost.
- Because this job oversees staff who work on Saturdays and Sundays, it has an ‘on call’ element to it.
- This position reports to the Plant Director
Qualification & Experience
- Degree holder with minimum 3 years management experience in a similar position in a labor-intensive production environment
Salary Package
Up to N4.8m pa
Job Title: Plant Personnel Manager
Location: Epe, lagos
Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for administration and support of human resource programs relating to employee relations, compensation and benefits, training, health and safety.
- This position reports to the Plant Director.
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree holder with minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar position in a labor-intensive production environment.
Salary Package
Up to N3.6m pa.
