- Participate actively and provide required technical input during bidding/tendering process and ensure proper management of contract when awarded.
- Review adequacy and effectiveness of quality system in satisfying project quality and other compliance requirements.
- Develop and defend project budgets, with clear milestones and deliverables as well as effectively manage project’s cash flow.
- Develop work procedure(s) for projects to achieve efficient utilization and control of personnel and other resources
- Establish project requirements, policies, organization and schedule
- Monitor project team and drive successful delivery of projects to meet client’s expectations, contractual requirement, milestones and timelines
- Negotiate all work requests and change orders with Clients as well as review and sign off all work requests and change orders.
- Ensure strict adherence to HSE policies and procedures and comply with safe work methods as required.
Requirements
- In addition, the role requires at least 15 years’ experience in the Oil & Gas industry and a particular focus in Pipeline Construction.
