- Escalates the BSS alarms
- Provide first level technical support in resolving all BSS issues
- Support FME to resolve Hardware alarms on Site
- Initiate Spare Processing for faulty Board.
Requirements
- Good knowledge of Huawei Product (2G/3G /LTE)
- General overview of GSM/UMTS technology
- Good fault analysis skills
- Able to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical problems
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Able to work long hours.
