Job Title: Fleet Officer/Analyst

Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities

Ensure trucks are readily available for daily loading based on individual fleet target
Ensure that high way breakdown (HBD) of loaded trucks is recovered within 36 hours or trans loaded, while all empty trucks are recovered within 3 days
Ensure all trucks have cab number and company warning stickers
Ensure efficient use and maintenance of truck logbooks
Ensure no truck stays with LEAs beyond 24 hours
Ensure truck placement for monthly routine servicing
Ensure 100% tracking of fleet trucks in transit or idling.
Ensure 100% communication of all operational trucks in your fleet through GPRS.
Achieve a 95% performance level of your fleet on set trip target every month.
Ensure strict compliance to recruitment process of truck drivers.
Ensuring all report requiring management attention is communicated within 24 hours.
Qualifications/Experience

Degree, or M.Sc degree in Transport Management, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Economic, Logistics, Business Administration or equivalent.
Minimum of 2 years cognate experience in related industry.

Job Title: Maintenance Manager

Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities

Manage the maintenance of plant and equipment
Significantly improve plant performance and reliability
Coordinate all maintenance and engineering activities within a large scale, complex and defined area
Define, implement and manage a risk based maintenance strategy to meet business safety, environmental, financial and operational objectives at minimum cost and in the safest manner
Minimize plant down time by developing and overseeing the implementation of effective breakdown management system
Prepare report, analyze data and makes recommendations for improving plant operations and solving maintenance-related problems
Establish and maintain a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) for tracking work orders, spare parts and maintenance history of plant equipment
Reduce material wastage
Qualification/Experience

Minimum of 2nd class lower in first degree (B.Sc./HND Mechanical/Food Engineering or Applied Engineering)
5+ years’ experience in maintenance management role

Job Title: Production ManagerLocation:

Job ResponsibilitiesPlan, organize and ensure efficient and timely production of goods within budget and to standard
Assist with planning and implementing plant improvement and expansion
Prepare report, analyze data and make recommendations for improving plan operations and solving maintenance related problems
Establish and maintain a computerized maintenance management system (CIMMS) for tracking work orders, spare parts and maintenance history of plant equipment
Implement approved preventive and predictive maintenance plans and programs to ensure the availability, reliability and efficiency of equipment
Plan and coordinate production engineering
Qualification/Experience

B.Sc. Food Technology Engineering or Applied Sciences
Member NIFST (Nigerian Institute of Food Science & technology)
5+ years’ experience in manufacturing operations
2+ years’ experience in a supervisory capacity
Competence Requirements:

Experienced in equipment repairs and maintenance
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent organizational, prioritization and follow up skills.
Effective interpersonal and written communication skills
Excellent Managerial and leadership skills
Electrical, plumbing, management, maintenance, welding, carpentry signs
