Job Title: Construction Manager
Location: Lagos
Requirements
Degree in Construction Management/ Related Engineering field 8 to 10 years maximum experience in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering or Project Development in the Construction industry.
Must possess construction experience on multiple building projects
Attributes and skills:
Strong grasp of management theories and principles ·
Good problem solving skills
Ability to identify problems and implement an action plan
An excellent communicator with very strong interpersonal skills
A decision- maker who can work under extreme pressure
Very good eye for quality finishing
Good organisational skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
