Production Data Management:

Production Reporting:

Production Performance Improvement:

  • Technical follow-up of surface operations data and documents, in cooperation with Process Enginer and Offshore Technical Support.

  • Preparation of production forecast using PREVISTA / EXCEL Spreadsheet
  • Participate in technical and operations analyses, audits and inspections
  • Prepare support documentation for Production Performance Group meetings
  • Perform optimisation and troubleshooting studies in conjunction with Offshore Technical Support team and propose improvement solutions.
  • Participate in the preparation and updating of procedures and guidelines for the execution of production performance operations, taking safety and protection of the environment into consideration
  • Provide technical assistance to the offshore operations team on production performance tools.
  • Meter performance analysis for production data quality assessment.

Production Performance Tools:

  • Posses competence in use of production performance tools – PDMS, FOI dashboard, PI, FORS, Advanced Excel & PREVISTA
  • Continous improvement of in-house tools.
  • Development of relevant new in-house tools

Qualifications

  • Education: B.Eng in Chemical or Petroleum Engineering (or equivalent)

Job Title: Senior Drilling Engineer

Drilling Engineering:

  • Contribute to the engineering details for new field development studies.

Cost and Performance:

  • Understand the economic impact of technical and business decisions.
  • Monitor and collect operational, financial and well performance data (Cost and NPT Tracking) to prepare next projects budgets efficiently.
  • Participate in the development of AFEs for projects and/or studies.
  • Provide accurate and timely (1) technical inputs to and (2) costs for Work Programs to GSR & Assets Management to facilitate preparation of budgets and closing forecasts.

Venture Management:

  • Liaise with external agencies on technical issues like NAPIMS/DPR and Partners.

Perform complex technical studies:

  • Supervise small task forces, comprising junior engineers and contractors to resolve engineering / technical issues.

  • Supervise and coach entry level engineers.
  • Create, optimize, maintain then isolate the interface between the HC reservoirs and surface facilities
  • Prepare the drilling & completion engineering for projects, work-over, well testing, wireline, plugging & abandonment of wells in full respect of commonly defined scope of work with GSR or PROD

Job Requirement

Experience is required in:

Job Title: Emergency Response Coordinator

In close liaison with Well Equipment Inspection Superintendent and DW DCD Engineering Teams:

  • Ensure Company and Contractor procedures are in place and fully updated prior to commencing any activity.
  • Ensure Contractor’s personnel are fully aware of the content / aim / requirement of the activity
  • Ensure Contractor’s tools, necessary for the works (thread gauges, pressure test equipment, bucking unit, drift, OD & ID caliper…), are in good working order and calibrated
  • Witness / monitor equipment and subassembly inspection & testing activities at Contractor’s facility (e.g. Halliburton, Baker, Schlumberger, Ciscon ,Weatherford, OAL …) on single items Ensure that testing of equipment / subassemblies are performed in line with procedures that have been fully approved by the Engineering team.
  • Ensure that the equipment/subassembly storage and transportation conditions are in line with standard industry practices.
  • Ensure that Completion Equipment is tested and ready for load-out in line with rig superintendent lookahead.
  • Ensure all QC documentations are fully completely filled up and approved prior to equipment dispatch to the rig.
  • Ensure that all equipment / subassemblies returned from the rig are received into storage in line with approved procedures and industry best practices
  • Confirm with Superintendent whether returned sub assemblies require breakout and if so the required process to be followed
  • Monitor and follow up all local fabrications, ensuring that the fabrication and subsequent testing are in line with industry standards and relevant Company rules.
  • Perform pre-mobilization inspection of equipment and tools (including radioactive sources and explosives)
  • Perform equipment / subassembly failure investigation as may be required
  • Conduct System Integration tests as required by heirarchy
  • Assist in the annual (or semi-annual) audit of all Drilling and Completion sub contractors
  • Provide required assistance to well intervention for equipment preparation and make-up
  • Report all anomalies and Non-conformances in the equipment / process / procedures to the Well inspection leader and maintain / update a non-conformance report register / database at all times.
  • Follow-up all raised non-conformances until closure
  • Ensure that required completion equipment / subassemblies are loaded out to the rig on time.
  • Stand in for the QA/QC superintendent, as required by Hierarchy

  • Initial formal education: Higher National Diploma – HND / or its Equivalent

Job Title: Technician, Wells Data Management

  • Ensure the storage conditions are in accordance with the technical requirements specified by the end user. Controls the maintenance operations required to ensure the items preservation. Perform a variety of function to ensure proper preservation of spare parts and materials at the warehouse and during transit to operational site
  • Is involved in materials reception for the materials received from outside and due to be sent to the offshore site; initiates the technical control as necessary from suitable technical authorities or from the discipline engineers
