Job Details

  • We seek to recruit Personal Assistant To MD who will be responsible for providing a resourceful and responsive administrative, organizational support to the Managing Director by , helping him to prioritize his time, scheduling meetings, appointments and other itinerary as assigned
  • Organize weekly diary meetings with the MD to discuss imminent engagements, invitations and other requests.
  • Organizing meetings and appointments
  • Booking and arranging travel ,transport and accommodation
  • Organizing events and conferences
  • Reminding MD on important task/deadlines
  • Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence.
  • Managing database and filing system
  • Ensures that guests who are meeting with the MD are well taken care of.

  • We seek to recruit Account/Finance Asst. Manager who will be responsible for ensuring accounting and financing issues are monitored and given proper management interpretation for strategic decision and operations.

Job Details  

  • Managing the daily operations of the accounting department.
  • Management of transfer Pricing and tax audit within the subsidiary firm.
  • Payroll function (back to back)-( hands on experience of using Ascent Payroll software) and related labour law compliance.
  • Manage funds in such a manner as to maximize return on investment while minimizing risk, and while also ensuring that an adequate control structure is in place over the transfer and investment of funds.
  • Engaging in financial analysis in such areas as forecasting, budgeting, engaging in cost reduction analysis, and reviewing operational performance.
  • Monitoring and analysing accounting data and produce financial reports/ statements
  • Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods policies and principles
  • Coordinate and complete annual audits and also Maintain banking relationships.
  • Assist in shaping the company’s proper capital and revenue structure
  • Help in management of equity and debt financing
  • Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective acts
  • Meet financial accounting objectives
  • Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions

  • We seek to recruit Assistant Manager, Client Service who will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction with an organization’s service by directing and controlling the processing and fulfillment of orders, investigating customer inquiries, and resolving customer complaints at a corporate level.
  • They may also streamline business operations, provide product training to customers, discuss technical aspects about a product, and oversee marketing campaigns.

  • Ensure Revenue Assurance through collaborative relationship with Sales and Sales Support to drive revenue across a diverse account base.
  • Leveraging the customer relationship for better account retainment.
