Technoglass Industries Limited manufacture and process safety glasses for the Nigerian construction industry.

Job Title: Human Resources Manager
Location: Lagos
Job Education and Experience
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Organization Development.
- A minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources/Administrative positions.
- Experience working in a manufacturing company is an advantage
Job Functions
- Coordinate all hiring details for new staff from organizing interviews to submitting the paperwork and liaising with successful candidates
- Ensure proper onboarding of new staff including orientation to office processes and procedures, personnel manual and any other questions
- Keep all HR files up to date
- Organizational departmental planning
- Performance management and improvement systems
- Organization development
- Employment and compliance to regulatory concerns regarding employees
- Compensation and benefits administration
- Employee safety, welfare, wellness and health
