Job Description
- To identify, propose and develop market leading customers, by gaining new contracts
- Coordinate sales actions and plans in order to develop our business in all activities
- Manage all customers’ satisfaction issues.
- Participate actively in debt recovery actions.
- Have a country overview and knowledge of the environment in which the Group operates.
- Analyze and report on the performance of customers
- Be the CRM administrator
Expectations
- B.Sc/HND in relevant fields.
- 5 years’ experience in relevant field.
- Resourceful, flexible, able to handle competing priorities and able to fit into an international dynamic and multi-cultural environment.
- Considerable Knowledge of International Trade and Incoterms
- Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with a wide variety of audiences.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and creative problem solving skills.

- He/She will coordinate the operations of the Group departments.
Responsibilities
- Developing business strategies.
- Budget preparation of his operational areas.
- Planning, developing and monitoring the operational activities of the managers under his authority, with the view to improving the growth and development of the company.
- Ensures that the company stays on schedule with regard to his departmental targets as set by management.
- Ensuring that Company operations comply with all applicable laws and regulations and the Group policies regarding each activity.
- Budget monitoring
- Setting goals / objectives for operational departments based on company plans.
- Assisting the Managing Director in developing new business opportunities in close liaison with the Business Development Manager.
- Ensuring rates are reviewed regularly by respective providers in relation to market trend.
- Writing reports on business operations and making necessary presentations.
- Participating in the Executive Management Meetings.
- Participating in the Steering Committee Meetings.
- Preparing the Risk Coverage Report of activities within your scope.
- Ensuring that QHSE activities related to department under his supervision are appropriately informed to various sections and promptly implemented.
