- Hold a Master Degree in Transport Planning and Engineering, Traffic Engineering or related field (relevant post-graduate qualification is an added advantage).
- He/she must have not less than 10 years of experience related to traffic engineering, transport modelling and use of software like PTV, EMME etc.
- Fluency in English and/or French Language.
- At least 3 years of experience in Sub-Saharan Africa.
- Interested candidates MUST be prepared to work in the West Africa sub-region
Job Title: Lead Transport Economist

- At least 3 years of experience in Sub-Saharan Africa.
- Interested candidates MUST be prepared to work in the West Africa sub-region.
