Requirements
- Candidate must possess OND in Food Science & Technology or Catering and hotel management.
- Preferred candidate should reside within Ogba, Ojodu, Ikeja and environs.
- Candidate must have 2 years working experience in catering or pastry.
- Candidate must have the ability to work with little or no supervision.
Job Description
- Schedules and coordinates flow of work within or between sections of confectionery plant to expedite production: Reviews master production schedule and work orders, establishes priorities for specific customer orders, and revises schedule according to work order.
- Reschedules identical processes to eliminate duplicate machine setups.
- Distributes work orders to sections, denoting number, type, and proposed completion date of units to be produced.
- Compiles reports concerning progress of work and downtime due to failures of machines and equipment to apprise production planning personnel of production delays.
- Maintains inventory of materials and parts needed to complete production.
