Job Duties/ Responsibilities/ Accountabilities
- Develop contracting strategies along with Contract Holder/Sponsors.
- Initiate and monitor the preparation and processing of Contract proposals in line with Company’s Tendering and Contracting Procedures and the preparation of Tender/Contract timetables and schedules for use by the Sponsoring Department and Contracts.
- Assist in the preparation of adverts, pre-qualification questionnaires, technical and commercial evaluation reports in conjunction with the Sponsoring Department.
- Collation and compilation of all tender documentation after receipt of Tender Board (TB) approval.
- Collation and compilation of all Contract documentation using Company’s approved templates (after receipt of TB’s approval), ensuring at all times that the Company’s interests are adequately protected.
- Facilitate kick off meetings with Contractors in close conjunction with the Sponsoring Department prior to the finalization of Contracts if and when necessary, ensuring that Contractors meet the tendered and pre-contract execution requirements.
