Michael Stevens Consulting – We are a long established and well respected multi-disciplinary management and financial consulting firm with offices in several locations across Nigeria.

We are currently recruiting to fill the vacant position below:

Job Title: Head, HR & Outsourcing

Location: Lagos

Requirements
The successful HR & Outsourcing Manager must have:

  • 8 -10 years HR experience in a Consulting Environment
  • CIPD or CIPM or SHRM certification, B.Sc/HND in Business Management or related field , Maters Degree preferable but not essential
  • Solution led sales professional experience
  • Excellent communication and managerial skills
  • Excellent communication and client relationship building skills


Job Responsibilities

  • Providing management, training and guidance to the Outsourcing Team
  • Deliver a full HR generalist advice service in line with the organizations policies and procedures
  • Being involved in yearly reviews and staff appraisal
  • Business Development
  • Deliver recruitment services and advice to hiring managers within the business in order to manage expectations
