Job Title: Head, HR & Outsourcing
Location: Lagos
Requirements
The successful HR & Outsourcing Manager must have:
- 8 -10 years HR experience in a Consulting Environment
- CIPD or CIPM or SHRM certification, B.Sc/HND in Business Management or related field , Maters Degree preferable but not essential
- Solution led sales professional experience
- Excellent communication and managerial skills
- Excellent communication and client relationship building skills
Job Responsibilities
- Providing management, training and guidance to the Outsourcing Team
- Deliver a full HR generalist advice service in line with the organizations policies and procedures
- Being involved in yearly reviews and staff appraisal
- Business Development
- Deliver recruitment services and advice to hiring managers within the business in order to manage expectations
