Job Title: Business Development Analyst

Location: Lagos

Job Description

We are looking for an innovative and driven business development Analyst to join our growing and dynamic team.
The individual in this role would be responsible for analyzing our customer base and current sales & marketing strategies and identifying opportunities to increase efficiency and profitability.
We are seeking a candidate who is creatively-minded and eager to think outside the box when it comes to our customers and their needs.
The individual is expected to be passionate and promote the brand accordingly.
Duties and Responsibilities

Partnering with clients to deliver strategic Telecoms Value Added Services and Solutions
VAS Conceptualization & targeted Content development.
Build and manage strong relationship with new and existing stakeholders including Mobile Network Operators (MNOs) and 3rd Parties content owners.
Ensuring the delivery projects on time and within budget.
Leveraging a strong relationship to drive prompt payment by partners.
Negotiating contracts with clients and suppliers while ensuring DGS is top of mind for strategic business support by our partners.
Constantly searching for and developing new business opportunities in the Telecommunications and digital industry in Nigeria.
Strategically complementing Mobile Network Operators ‘effort in deploying Customer Loyalty Management propositions.
Articulation and implementation of mobile marketing strategies both for clients and for the company’s products and services.
Analyze qualitative data, costs, ROI, and programme benefits and recommend programme improvements and initiatives.
Content creation and publishing on various platforms.
Collaborate with colleagues and peers in other departments to improve overall customer experience and satisfaction
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field with a minimum of 2.1.
Minimum of 3 years work experience in similar role.

Job Title: VAS Content Officer

Location: Lagos

Duties and Responsibilities

Developing and implementing mobile marketing strategies for clients.
Constantly searching for and developing new business opportunities in the Telecommunications industry in West Africa
Sourcing for quality content that will further drive incremental revenue of the organization.
Ensuring that all VAS platforms/applications are up and running.
Building strong and sustainable relationship with clients both existing and new.
Ensuring Operators’ prompt approval of uploaded content on the VAS platforms/portals.
Testing and evaluation of both existing and newly configured/published/approved services.
Participate in the idea generation, conceptualization, design, development, management and monitoring of simple and complex products, Value Added Services, and applications that meet the needs and aspiration of DGS’ customers.
Actively driving Products and services uptake via effective and efficient Customer Loyalty Management (CLM) strategies, Value Added Services and content segmentation including development and management of weekly campaign calendar.
Day to day management and administration of VAS portals.
Engage the business on ongoing product development projects status by timely update and sharing of product development checklist with relevant stakeholders.
Performing any other tasks as may be required by the business.
Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field with a minimum of upper credit.
Minimum of 1 year work experience in similar role.
Required Skills:

Good working knowledge of the Telecom’s Value Added Services (VAS) and eco-system.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).

Job Title: Female Accountant/Admin Officer

Location: Lagos

Requirements

Applicant must possess minimum qualification OND or HND with Upper Credit
Must reside on Lagos mainland.
Must be between 20-25 years of age.
Must be ready to start work immediately
Must possess sound knowledge of excel.
Must possess the capacity to take charge with little supervision.
Must have good reasoning and analytical skills.
Must have good communication skills.
Must have a sound knowledge of accounting and the use of some accounting packages e.g. sage.
