Job Title: Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Location: Lagos

Requirements

• The ideal candidate who will design and implement the company business strategies and plans must possess B.Sc or HND in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or any other Social Sciences from recognized Institution.
• Possession of M.Sc or MBA or professional qualifications will be a added advantage.
• The ideal candidate who must not be more than 40 years must have minimum of 7 years as COO or performance of relevant role in finance related company.
• Must have demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development with good working knowledge of IT infrastructure and good decision making and problem solving skills.

Remuneration
Remuneration attached to this position is generous and in line with Industry standards. 






Job Title: Manager (Credit and Products Development)

Location: Lagos


Requirements

• The ideal candidate who will oversee the entire lending process, monitor repayment progress and increase revenue base must be young, experienced and versatile.
• Successful candidate must possess a minimum of 5 years relevant experience in financial institution and must have strong analytical and excellent communication skills with a good working knowledge of IT and business infrastructure.
• Must not be more than 40 years.
• Must possess a minimum of B.Sc or HND in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business AdministratIon, Possession of professional qualifications will be added advantage.
