Job Title: Restaurant Supervisor
Location: Lagos
Job Requirements
- The ideal candidate should have minimum of three (3) years experience in hospitality industry.
- Respond efficiently and accurately to customer inquiries and complaints.
- Regularly review product quality received from vendors.
- Order stock supplies and monitor stock levels.
- Manage restaurant’s good image, profitability and suggest ways to improve it
- Must have good interpersonal relationship and supervisory skills.
- Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations.
- Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction.
- Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste.
Qualification
- Minimum of HND/First degree in Home & Hotel Management/Food Tech or related field.
Salary
