Job Title: Country HR Manager

Out client is a leading publicly quoted conglomerate in Nigeria but with offices in several countries.

They require the services of a competent HR professional with over 12 years experience to oversee and ensure efficient management of the company’s human capital and to build a highly skilled, motivated and engaged workforce who will drive achievement of corporate objectives.

The ideal candidate should have progressive leadership experience especially from the manufacturing sector.
Previous experience developing and overseeing adherence to policies, procedures and practices as well as entrenchment of corporate culture and values in a large or global organization is required.
Professional certifications in HR Management such as CIPM or SPHR is required.
Men and women from the Northern parts of the country are highly encouraged to apply.
