Job Title: Motorcycle Dispatcher

Location: Lagos

Requirements
Applicants should have:

  • Driver’s license and other permit documents up-to-date.
  • Must be able to read and write
  • Must have 2 experience as a dispatch rider


Job Description 
We have need for experienced dispatch riders who will able to perform the following tasks:

  • Obtain signatures and payments, or arrange for recipients to make payments.
  • Obtain written authorization to perform activities.
  • Walk,drive bikes, or use public conveyances to reach destinations to deliver messages or materials.
  • Operate vehicles or material-moving equipment.
  • Load bike with listed goods, ensuring goods are loaded correctly and taking precautions with hazardous goods.
  • Receive messages or materials to be delivered, and information on recipients, such as names, addresses, telephone numbers, and delivery instructions, communicated via telephone, mobile app, or in person.
  • Unload and sort items collected along delivery routes.
  • Plan and follow the most efficient routes for delivering goods.
  • Deliver goods and services.
  • Sort items to be delivered according to the delivery route.
  • Check with home offices after completed deliveries to confirm deliveries and collections and to receive instructions for other deliveries.



Job Title: Pro Cyclist

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • We are a mobile delivery company and want to fill the position of an experienced and capable cyclist to deliver goods and services to our clients.

The following are responsibilities the candidate should have:

  • Obtain signatures and payments, or arrange for recipients to make payments.
  • Obtain written authorization to perform activities.
  • Walk, ride bicycle or use public conveyances to reach destinations to deliver messages or materials.
  • Operate pro-bicycles
  • Receive messages or materials to be delivered, and information on recipients, such as names, addresses, telephone numbers, and delivery instructions, communicated via telephone, mobile app or in person.
  • Relay information between personnel.
  • Unload and sort items collected along delivery routes.
  • Plan and follow the most efficient routes for delivering goods.
  • Analyze shipping information to make routing decisions.
  • Record information, such as items received and delivered and recipients’ responses to messages.
  • Deliver messages and items, such as newspapers, documents, and packages, between establishment departments, and to other establishments and private homes.
  • Deliver items.
  • Check with home office after completed deliveries to confirm deliveries and collections and to receive instructions for other deliveries.

Job Title: Kwiiki Ambassador

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • We want applicants to fill the position of a customer service, who will liase with our clients daily.

Responsibilities
The following are responsibilities applicants should be able to handle:

  • Relay information between personnel.
  • Record information, such as items received and delivered and recipients’ responses to messages.
  • Sort items to be delivered according to the delivery route.
  • Confer with coworkers to coordinate work activities.
  • Supervise routine maintenance on delivery motocycles, such as monitoring fluid levels and replenishing fuel.
  • Provide notifications to customers or patrons.
  • Sort mail and goods to be delivered
  • File documents or records.
  • Source for client within the environs
  • Engage in customer service retention

Requirements
Applicants should have:

  • SSCE or OND certificate.
  • Should have excellent interpersonal skills
  • Should be able to work without supervision
  • Target oriented
