Job Title:  Front Desk Coordinator
Job Requirements:
  • High school diploma.
  • Three years of secretarial or related experience.
  • Knowledge of social networking tools (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram…)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willing to work flexible hours when necessary.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Greets all visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answers all incoming calls, transfers callers and takes messages as needed.
  • Attend to clients and transfer them to the appropriate department.
  • Schedule Meetings, Appointments.
  • Develop and implement a social media campaign for Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, by executing day-to-day activities.
