Job Description
- Prepare and edit correspondence and other documents.
- Record minutes of meetings.
- Maintain database.
- Manage executives’ schedules, appointments and travel arrangements.
- File and retrieve reference materials.
- Research and content development, drafting of letters and proposals.
- Arrange and co-ordinate meetings and events.
Education and Experience
- Bachelors Degree
- Knowledge of standard office administrative practices.
- Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
