- Handle all aspects of managing the confectionary from preparation of foods/snacks to the delivery of the final products.
- Provide consistently high quality offerings and services to customers
- Ensure that health, safety and cleanliness standards are upheld at all times

- Supervise the school kitchen and ensure adhenrence to best practices
