Job Title: Accounting Executive
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Maintains the account payable and account receivable systems in order to ensure complete and accurate records of money
- Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information
- Documents financial transactions by entering account information
- Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options
- Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports
- Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.
Job Title: Store Officer
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Maintains accurate storage and record of packing materials in the store
- Keeps the stock of items in the store
- Ensures timely supply of packing materials to the production department
- Issues materials for production for both day and night shift
- Maintains complete store administration and ensures compliance with policies and procedures
- Ensure proper storage of materials
- Maintains record in batches
