About the role
Administrative works :
Go to customer’s office in Nigeria to dispatch invoices and collect cheques to deposit to the bank due to safety reason
Prepare the payment and receipt vouchers for both the entities (GNU and GGU)
Prepare monthly CIRP Reconciliation for both GNU and GGU
Work with other departments e.g. FOIS, VSAT, FACILITY, TAX, LEGAL, HR and AR team to give support in respect of financial aspect.
Create Bank Payments file for BM’s approval and input bank payment on Bank’s on-line system for both GGU and GNU
Follow up with BDO on WHTCCs (withholding tax customer certificates) for both GNU and GGU
Note:
GNU stands for Equant Nigeria Limited and GGU for Orange Business Ghana Limited
About you
IT applications in the field, General accounting, Internal and quality control, IT system, and accounting and Controlling management, Ability to communicate, Being rigourous and reliable, Ability to develop, improve, Developing team spirit & cross-functional working, English-very good (both verbal and writing), Business understanding and insight, Able to work under pressure, organizational and planning skills, Time management skills, Customer Focused, Team Spirit, Multitasking ability.
Bachelors in Accounting/Finance
MBA degree is considered as an additional avantage
Mandatory :
very good working experience on NFPS- ORACLE Subledger (AP, AR, CM, GL)
Professional experience at least 8 years
