Job Title: PHP Web Developer

Location: Lagos

Requirements

• Work Experience: Minimum 3 years
• Experience with front end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, JQuery, Bootstrap
• Knowledge of git or other version/source control
• Ability to keep up with trends in web development and a willingness to learn new technology and skills
• Intermediate experience with Unix environments
• Understanding of the fundamental design principles behind a scalable web application
• Experience with unit testing and integration tests
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Organized and self-motivated
• Experience with the use of object-oriented PHP
• Proficiency building clean, well-designed and well-documented PHP modules
• Experience troubleshooting, testing and maintaining software to optimize functionality
• Experience using PHP frameworks such as Symfony.
• Good working knowledge of MySQL
• Experience designing database schemas, optimizing database queries and indexes
• Experience working with RESTful APIs, JSON & XML.
• Deadline and detail oriented
