We are looking for a Product Management professional, who will help design and implement innovative mobile products that can fundamentally alter the way we use various services, manage the end-to-end execution of product features, and contribute to product vision and strategy.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Create the product vision, value proposition and USP articulation/messaging
  • Take the ownership of the product and preparing yearly product plan with financial targets and actions
  • Understand the market landscape and working on creating a business model in line with the same
  • Predict three year (forthcoming) revenues with pessimistic and optimistic numbers
  • Create excellent business relationship with clients and prospective clients
  • Understand and analyze user need. Validate and pitch new product ideas
  • Collaborate with usability and technology team to develop a deep understanding of customers, identify gaps in core product functionality and help build right set of features and track adoption for same
  • Rigorously monitor key performance metrics and coordinate with various teams to take corrective actions if needed
  • Ensure PRDs, flow diagrams and wireframes are properly translated to live site/app and drive problem resolution once new features have gone live
  • Engage in defining a strategic creative direction for product and marketing communication
  • Define features through detailed specifications, user stories and wireframes
  • Work with design and engineering teams through feature implementations
  • Maintain timelines and keeping all stakeholders updated
  • Define success metrics and analysing product performance
  • Work with our developers to release world class apps
  • Provide analytics based insights to help marketing team optimize marketing spends
  • Champion customer satisfaction by working with customer support team, oversee customer grievance resolution and trouble shoot in case of escalations
  • Manage the entire life cycle of the app, adding features and editing the interface whenever required or when a brilliant idea strikes
  • Love and work on app related analytics and features based on user feedback
  • Work with various support teams (technology, design, marketing, contracting) to manage operational issues such as fulfillment, external partner relationships, legal and other compliances and customer conversions
Preferred:
  • Past working experience in online-internet companies/ app based start-ups/ mobile product company
  • A high level of interest and passion for consumer internet world/mobile products is a necessary criterion
Other details:
Total Experience : 10 – 14 years (7+ years in Product Management)
Qualification : Bachelor degree/ Master Degree in Tech preferable BE / B-Tech / MBA
