The Unofficial Christmas Party is an annual Corporate Christmas Party where CEOs and teams from different companies come together to celebrate the end of the year, network with like-minded professionals and reward exceptional employees, in one venue.

Job Title: Project Manager

Job Description
This event has a very broad project scope and thus requires a 360 degree approach to project management.
The Project Manager will be responsible for managing the entire project scope seamlessly from conceptualization to execution.

Key Responsibilities

Plans, oversees and manages all aspects of the event
Development of creative ideas, designs elements while incorporating the annual theme in each aspect of the event;
Coordinating the sales of tables and tickets and ensuring KPIs are met;
Communicating with interested companies, managing the entire sales process from start to finish;
Sourcing for and engaging Sponsors and Partners for the year, while ensuring added value on both ends;

Managing all the different teams working on the project, providing direction, guidance and ensuring results and KPIs are achieved appropriately
Sourcing for and engaging suppliers as partners with minimum production costs
Proposing new ideas and strategies to attract new attendees and increase attendees ROI, as well as retain client base;
