Job Title: Vessel Lead

Main Functions

  • Serves as the primary interface with Contractor Vessel Superintendent and oversees on-vessel Construction/Technical Foremen and Inspectors.
  • Is responsible for on-vessel safety, quality, and incident response support and provides technical installation support to Field Engineer (if assigned).

Job Requirements

  • Experience in construction or fabrication experience in support of oil and gas industry

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Provides in daily communication to Offshore Area Operations Lead on offshore execution activities, and progress

  • Participate in on-board Risk Assessments and Job Safety Analysis (JSA) development
  • Ensure approved installation procedures are followed or Management of Change (MOC) process is implemented

Job Title: Residential Coordinator

Location: Nigeria

Main Functions

  • Coordinate the delivery of Camp and Catering services, Grounds-keeping, Non Process Building cleaning and minor Earthworks and Road Maintenance tasks within operational organizations. Includes services for local Airfield and occasional support to remote sites or assisting with project and contingency operations.

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Supervise and lead the safe performance of staff and contractors performing Facility Services functions, including Camp and Catering operations, Camp Maintenance and domestic services across non-process facilities
  • Ensure control and accountability for all consumable resources, from order through to end use
  • Ensure integrity of ration reconciliations. Report and assist in investigating any discrepancies or losses
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of Attractive Items registers, and accountability for equipment
  • Lead the implementation of Operations Integrity Management System (OIMS) 8-1, including the conduct of Interface Meetings, with associated contractors
  • Ensure service levels are maintained for Facility services functions, with clearly promulgated service levels and procedures for support such as catering, room utilization and cleaning services
  • Supervise the maintenance of accurate Camp Person On Board (POB) records, through the assistance of Personnel Tracking System (PTS) and Camp administrators
  • Monitor ration and consumable usage. Plan and place orders for replenishment of bulk stores
  • Identify and report any unusual fuel consumption
  • Ensure all equipment is serviceable, clean and maintained
  • Coordinate maintenance activities through the Maintenance department as required

  • Communicates job safety requirements to ensure that subordinates understand the work objectives, safety, health, environmental and security concerns associated with Fuel handling and distribution

Requirement, Skills and Qualifications
Qualifications:

  • Food handling, food safety and catering / camp supervision qualifications
  • IT systems- ERP / Microsoft Word Apps to Intermediate standard
  • Training or leadership qualifications or certifications
  • Safety leadership qualifications or certifications

Experience:

  • 5-10 years’ experience with Camp Operations and building maintenance functions, with remote experience preferred
  • Experience within a large corporation or complex organizational setting
  • Experience in staff supervision, in a developing country environment
  • Experience managing contractors within a dynamic, challenging and unpredictable environment
  • Experience of using SAP (or other) computerized maintenance management tools

General Technical Skills:

Job Description
Inspection Planning:

  • Prepare inspection programs for long term planning
  • Perform FAME+ analyses and re assessment as needed
  • Prepare Written Scheme of Examination as generally required for all facilities
  • Update SAP plans as required
  • Under instruction from the Head of Inspection, prepare Scope of works for approved work programmes ensuring that all relevant regulations, especially those governing the safety and health of personnel, are complied with.
  • In liaison with Corrosion Engineer and QA/QC Engineer ensure smooth inspection preparations.
  • Conduct Integrity assessment of all equipment and establish fitness for purpose/ remaining life
  • Prepare / Validate / review inspection workbook in SAP
  • Provide advice and support to operations
  • Prepare implementation and follow of inspection programs and plans

Job Requirement

  • B. Eng in Engineering discipline, Master Degree in Mechanical, Metallurgy, Chemical

  • 7 years experience in inspection engineer’s functions preferably in the oil industry, at least 3 of which must be in a general asset inspection management position.

Job Title: Senior ICSS Specialist

  • Schedule and carry out Bi-monthly PM’s on all sites, perform extraction and analysis of all Site operational alarms.

  • Supervises and manage the implementation of minor modifications and improvement projects, to ensure their safe, cost-effective and timely execution in accordance with established Company standards and specifications.
  • Reviews and controls the standardization of materials and spare parts for equipment and related systems. Reviews stock quantities, usage and consumption to minimize the stock value, whilst ensuring that all spare parts are available for routine, defect and shutdown maintenance.
  • Preparation (spare parts, manpower, tools, and procedures) of level 3 to 5 maintenance intervention applicable to ICSS systems, and other automation packages which are integrated with the ICSS systems.
  • Regular review of reliability and maintainability of ICSS systems, implementation of upgrades and retrofits to address obsolescence.
  • Supervise the execution of specific maintenance contracts applicable to ICSS systems and ensure the optimal usage of contracted resources towards achieving 100% availability.
  • Liaises with vendors and the original equipment manufacturers for all queries regarding maintenance modifications, spare parts, drawings and the resolution of technical problems.
  • Ensures that all drawings, plans, manual are up-to-date and “as built”, and directs draftsmen to carry out all corrections to reflect any alterations, modifications and additions to electrical equipment systems.
  • Review and checks work completed by contractors and site teams, ensures compliance with work satisfactorily completed, makes necessary corrections, and submits to the Head of Instrumentation/ ICSS for endorsement and payment processing.
  • To participate in SMR and projects realized by ECP as follows – to validate revisions to ICSS FDS, to ensure proposed ICSS changes are in conformity to GS and specific requirements of each plant, to expedite an effective handover of new modifications/projects to operations entity.
  • Give support to all site locations and to mobilize to any JV site immediately, if required.
  • Training of staff working in the team as requested by the Head of Instrumentation/ICSS.

Job Requirements

  • Formal education: B.Sc. Instrument and DCS Engineering or Electronic and Electrical Engineering (2.1).
  • Professional experience: 15 years experience with industrial discipline, specifically with the oil or petrochemical industries.
  • Personnel would be properly skilled and trained with indept knowledge in Foxboro I/A series 9.x Mesh Network.
  • Personnel would be properly skilled and trained with indept knowledge in Triconex Safety system.
  • Personnel must be a certified TUV Functional Safety Engineer.

  • Ensures usage of the CMMS within his domain.
  • Creates and develops the condition monitoring. Provides the service (through the contractors) of troubleshooting complex or recurring mechanical problems, which require analysis and resolution with the help of other departments, vendors or original equipment manufacturers, and recommends sound and cost effective solutions.
  • Defines and monitor implementation of rotating equipment packages preventive and corrective programme.
  • Proposes/Justifies recommendations for the improvement of equipment availability, efficiency and maintainability.
  • Prepares cause tree failure analysis for equipment breakdown and issue relevant recommendations.
  • Liaises with vendors and the original equipment manufacturers for all queries regarding maintenance, modifications in rotating equipment fleet, spare parts, drawings and the resolution of technical problems.
  • Creates Maintenance Equipment Log Book (MELB). Ensures that all drawings, plans, manual and MELB are up-to-date and “as built”, and directs draftsmen to carry out all corrections to reflect any alterations, modifications and additions to mechanical equipment systems.
  • Reviews and checks work completed by rotating equipment contractors, ensures compliance with work satisfactorily completed, makes necessary corrections, and submits to the Head of Mechanic for endorsement and payment processing.
  • Coaches local staff by establishing methods to improve their technical level and expertise
  • Follows-up statutory rotating equipment inspection of assets, integrity assurance and certifications.

  • Formal education: B.SC. Mechanical Engineering (2.1).
  • Professional experience (number of years): 10 years experience with rotating and static equipment, preferably with the oil or petrochemical industries. High level of knowledge of mechanical equipment, maintenance systems and methods
