Job Description
We are looking for a self-motivated high-performing Sales Manager to help meet its customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives
Responsibilities
- Achieving market development, sales growth and hitting sales targets
- Setting up strategic sales plans that expand company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
- Employing strategies that retain existing and newly acquired customers
- Present revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts/budgets to the management using MS Office tools
Requirements
- A good University Degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Success in previous experience as a Sales Representative or Sales Manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets. Selling experience to commercial banks will be an advantage
- Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
- Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Strong business sense and ability to sell technical equipment and IT solutions
