 Job Title: IT Officer
Location: Lagos
Job Description
  • Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and update operating systems and user applications.
  • Monitor the network to ensure functionality and availability to all system users.
  • Troubleshoot system and network problems,diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
  • Testing and evaluate new technology.
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
  • Install and configure peripherals including scanners, external drives, monitors and other peripheral hardware.
  • Talking to staff or clients to determine the nature of any problems encounter either face-to-face or via phone so as to resolve issues.
  • Setup and support audio/visual equipment for presentations and training on and off site.
  • Replace parts as required.
  • Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
  • Follow diagrams and written instructions to repair a faulty or set up a system.
  • Support the roll-out of new applications.
  • Set up new users’ accounts and profiles and deal with password issues.
  • Respond within agreed time limits to call-outs.
  • Work continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate).
  • Prioritize and manage many open cases at one time.
  • Conduct electrical safety checks on computer equipment.
Qualifications
  • Preferred candidates must have HND/B.Sc in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Elect-elect.
  • IT certification is an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 2 years and above from reputable Organization.
  • Below 30 years.

Job Title: Logistics Officer
Location
: Lagos
Job Description
  • Oversees in receiving, locating, sales order processing, picking and dispatch operations of the products in line with the company guidelines, policies and procedures.
  • Ensures that inventory is managed efficiently and effectively in accordance with guidelines, policies and procedures.
  • Manage the pulling and packing of goods and arrange appropriate transportation.
  • Coordinate freight consolidation, cost analysis, routing and scheduling also track shipments (carriage) to ensure they arrive on time and that shipment and delivery processes adhere to any pertinent regulations.
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Ensures receiving, picking and dispatch are done according to Operational Guidelines.
  • Creating and maintaining contingency plans.
  • Communicates any relevant information to the Logistics Manager.
  • Assigns the picking and checking of orders to relevant staff.
  • Runs a replenishment list from the system for the stores assistants in order to locate items from the bulk store to the picking area.
  • Traces and searches for mistakes/discrepancies in stock quantity, expiry dates and misplacement, as reported by warehousing, pickers, sales and dispatch staff.
  • Adherence to other related logistics matter from the Logistics Manager.
  • Checks that dispatch is prioritized appropriately.
  • Conducts walkthroughs with concerned customers where there are delays.
  • Responds to queries from pickers and dispatch concerning items missing or misplaced. Makes changes accordingly or advises on what is to be done.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of HND/B.Sc in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or other related Social Sciences.
  • Professional Qualification in Logistics Management will be added advantage.
  • Minimum of 2 years above with experience in a reputable organization.
Skill Requirements:
  • Good sense of Commercial Awareness.
  • Good Team player.
  • Ability to think quickly, logically and analytically.
  • Ability to work with little or no supervision.
  • Ability to work to deadlines, under pressure.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
