Job Title: Front Desk Officer

Details:
Our team is looking to fill the position of a Front desk representative on behalf of our client a skill acquisition center to oversee clerical duties. The candidate will be responsible for greeting and welcoming guest to the office and attending to all forms of inquiry in a polite and professional manner.

Main Responsibilities
Ensure the front desk and the environment is tidy and presentable.
Welcome and greet guest
Attend to complains and inquiries
Take stock of every thing in the office
Ensure daily, weekly and monthly report to be submitted to the manager.
Keep updated records and files.
Monitor office expense and cost

Job Requirements
Proven experience of front desk or any relevant experience
Familiarity with office equipment (e.g computer, printer, copier)
Good communication and leadership skills
Good organization and multitasking abilities
Good negotiation skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft office
Teachable and ability to learn on the job at a fast pace
Problem solving skills and customer service orientation
Applicant must be proactive and firm in decision making.
Working days include Monday-Saturday
Monthly salary of 10,000 Naira only

Job Title: Executive Chef

Details:
Our team is looking to fill the position of an experienced Chef on behalf of our client.
The candidate will oversee the kitchen by managing other members of the food preparation team, deciding what dishes to serve and adjusting orders to meet guests’ requests.

Main Responsibility
Accountable for the efficient running of daily kitchen operations.
Should exhibit culinary talents by personally performing tasks and managing all food related activities.
Would work to continually improve guest and employee satisfaction while maximizing the financial performance in all areas of responsibility.
Should supervise all kitchen areas to ensure a consistent, high quality product is produced.
Responsible for guiding and developing staff including direct reports.
Must ensure sanitation and food standards are achieved.
Areas of responsibility comprise overseeing all food preparation areas (e.g., banquets, room service, restaurants, bar/lounge) and all support areas (e.g., dish room).

Job Requirement

Proven experience working as a chef in the hospitality sector
Must be proactive and willing to learn
Good communication and leadership skills
Good organization and multitasking abilities
Should be a team player and be able to work with minimum supervision
Must be able to perform assigned duties with attention to detail, speed, accuracy, courtesy and cooperatives
Monthly Salary of 60,000 Naira Only
Applicant MUST reside in Imo State or be willing to relocate, interviews will be conducted in Abuja if shortlisted.

Job Title: Hotel Manager

Details:
Our team is looking to fill the position of an experienced Hotel Manager on behalf of our client to oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel.
The candidate would report to the Managing Director and would be responsible for supervising the work staff and interacting with customers to ensure satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities
Responsible for the day-to-day management of the hotel and its staff.
Candidate will be accountable for budgeting and financial management, planning, organising and directing all hotel services, including front-of-house (reception, concierge, reservations), food and beverage operations, and housekeeping.
While taking a strategic overview and planning ahead to maximise profits, candidate must have strong attention to detail, be proactive and be able to set an example for staff to deliver top standard of service that meets guests’ needs and expectations.
Candidate will ensure optimum performance and continual improvement in the five Key Result Areas (Guest service, employees, sales/marketing, property appearance, and profit/financial control).
Candidate will coordinate, direct and manage staff and everyday hotel operations to achieve profitability and efficiency while maintaining standards set by the hotel to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.

Job Requirement

Must have a degree and extensive hotel management experience working for 4/5 star hotels.
Must have a strong personality with strong management skills and a keen eye for detail.
Must have good business acumen with excellent communication skill.
Must have a good knowledge of strategic management principles and practices for creation of business ideas.
Must have the ability to create a workplace environment and culture that allows all employees to develop and excel in their tasks.
Exceptional customer facing and interpersonal skills to enable difficult situations to be overcome are essential.
Must be proficient in Microsoft office.
Monthly Salary of 80,000 Naira Only
