Job Title: Finance & Admin Officer

Location: Lagos
Job Location: Head Office in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos State Nigeria.
Reporting Line:Reports to the Business Manager)
Working Days: Monday - Saturday (9:00am - 8:00pm)

Position Summary
The Finance and Admin Officer’s basic responsibility is as follows:
  • Financial Accounting Posting and reconciliation. Preparation of final accounts
  • Payroll and Human Resources Functions
  • Inventory Control
  • Budgeting and performance Management
Minimum Required Qualification & Skills Required
  • Proximity to Lekki area of Lagos will be an advantage. shortlisted for all the positions.
  • First Degree in any course from any University.
  • Degrees in related courses and additional certifications or qualifications will be of advantage.
  • Professional certification such as ICAN or ANAN is required for the Finance and Admin role. Candidate must have been fully certified or have reached the final stage of the exam.
  • Demonstrable experience in a Finance and Admin role is required.
  • Experience in a well-structured business entity.
  • Ability to obtain reference from last employer is required for all the roles.
  • Ability to manage people of diverse skills – both semi-skilled & professional staff.
  • Flawless command of English Language – both written and spoken.
  • Competence in Microsoft Office packages especially MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

The Retention & Route Manager’s basic responsibility is as follows:
  • Engagement of customers and management of customer churn rate
  • Generation of orders
  • Complaints resolution and management
  • Collection of overdue and outstanding debts
  • Management of website and content generation.

  • First degree in any course from any University.
  • Degrees in related courses and additional certifications or qualifications will be of advantage.
  • Experience in a similar capacity in a well-structured business entity is required

Position Summary
The Business Manager’s basic responsibility is as follows:
  • Oversee the entire Operations and Business of the organization including the following functions– Factory Operations, Business Development & Marketing, Finance & Admin, Human Resources, Customer Service and Service Centres amongst others.
  • Lead the smooth execution of approved policies, processes and controls of the organization.
  • Primarily responsible for developing new markets in both Corporate and Retail sphere.
  • Organizing Business Development activities such as roadshows.
  • Executing Marketing Strategies that will achieve strict sales budget.
  • Ensure smooth and efficient running of the entire business.
  • Present a periodic (Monthly) review of business performance Vs budget to the Board of Directors.
Requirements
  • Candidates interested in the position of the Business Manager must be least 32 years of Age.
  • Proximity to Lekki is an advantage.
