Our client is a modern Retail trade company operating within the FMCG sector. Our client’s vision is to be the largest and most preferred neighborhood store chain in Nigeria offering reputed products at fair and competitive prices.
JOB TITLE:  Sales Support Officers
JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Our client is currently looking for young, energetic individuals who want to grow in life as “sales support officers”. They will ensure good supplier relationship with an objective to get timely delivery from suppliers.
  • The person in this role is responsible for maintaining and delivering exceptional customer relationship – collecting orders and ensuring timely delivery through coordination with logistics department.
  • They will be responsible for selling FMCG products we have to various stores. These stores are part of our network as they purchase from our central warehouse and get direct delivery to their stores.
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATION
  • A First degree (B.Sc.) or HND in any field (Must have done NYSC/Exemption Letter).
  • Analytical and Organised in nature.
  • Excellent problem solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Packages and IT Savvy.
  • A top performer who can meet tight deadlines on his/her deliverables.
  • Must be resident in Lagos.
  • Strong Sales and Customer relationship experience preferably in the retail (FMCG) industry.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent Relationship management skills.
