About this Role
We are currently searching for a Sales Account Executive.
We are looking for an experienced Sales account executive to join our Transport Department.
You will act as a liaison between our transport team and our clients, ensuring customer satisfaction.
As a Sales account executive, you should showcase excellent communication and negotiation skills.
You should also act proactively to address clients Flight and Cab needs and facilitate the booking process from beginning to the end.
Requirements
A degree or its equivalent
Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Must possess good customer relationship skills
Must be a good negotiator
Perfect written and oral communication skills.
Act as the point of contact for clients with Flight and Transport request.
Handle Online Flight Requests.
Handle Cab request from corporate clients.
Get vendors and negotiate discounts.
Respond to all emails and telephone calls regarding flight and cab requests.
