Job Title: Sales Capability Manager
Vacancy exist for the role of Sales Capability Manager with a company in the manufacture personal care and cosmetics products.
The Sales Capability Manager has the role of supporting talent development within the sales team to ensure they fully equipped with the necessary tools and skills needed to be successful in their roles.
To be qualified for this role, interested candidates must be educated to bachelors degree level, preferably with an MBA, ideally in a business related subject.
Strong background in sales training development, a proven experience in developing and delivering sales training programs and a good understanding of value based sales methodology and strong interpersonal relationships building skills is extremely important.
