Job Title: Logistic Officer 

Location: Lagos 

Job Description

  • A Logistic Officer oversees/coordinates various tasks in order to have adequate levels of food, water and other supplies and equipment for personnel.
  • A Logistic Officer tracks shipments by managing the pulling and packing of materials and arrange appropriate transportation. Which includes freight consolidation, cost analysis, routing and scheduling.
  • A Logistic Officer must also track shipments to ensure they arrive on time and that shipment and delivery processes adhere to regulations.
  • A Logistic Officer is in charge of warehouse management duties which includes maintaining inventory, ordering shipping materials, operating necessary equipment and managing warehouse personnel.
  • A Logistic Officer ensures that all aspects such as shipping, warehousing and procurement, are working together to fill orders and deliver materials on a timely basis.
  • They will review all processes, systems, design and implement new plans and procedures as needed.



Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Lagos


Job Description

  • The Customer Service Representative serves clients and customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems.
  • Also the customer service representative attracts potential customers by answering difficult  product and service questions and  suggesting information about other  preferred products and services.
  • The customer service representative opens customer accounts by recording account information.
  • The customer service representative maintains customer records by updating account information.
  • The customer service representative resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, explaining the best solution to solve the problem.

Requirements

  • The Customer Service Representative must possess skills like customer service, product information , quality focus, solutions to problems , market information, documentation ability, listening to people, phone and internet  skills, resolving conflict, analyzing information , must be able to be multi tasked.

Job Title: Chief Security Officer 

Location: Lagos 

Job Description

  • A Chief Security Officer is the highest-level executive directly responsible for the entire security function of the company.
  • A CSO is not only responsible for their company’s physical security needs but also their digital or electronic security requirements, including computer networks.
  • The CSO executive looks at all threats and institutes appropriate security programs.
  • One important part of a CSO role in a company is to help forge strong and secure connections between departments. When corporate departments worry less about security vulnerabilities all around them, they will operate easily with each other.
  • A CSO who can reduce friction between departments thus adds value to the company.
  • A good CSO must identify the company protection goals and objectives, ensuring the consistency with their company strategic plans.
  • A CSO works with other executives to decide on the priority of security needs and then spend according to the company’s financial constraints and directives.
  • The CSO should also oversee a network of security directors, managers and staff and work with local, state and federal law enforcement and other security agencies.

Job Title: Business Administration Manager

  • A business administration manager is in charge of Planning and coordinating administrative procedures and systems and devising ways to streamline processes.
  • Also Recruiting and training personnel and allocate responsibilities and office space. A business manager should also assess staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency.
  • Future Construct Limited is looking for an experienced Business Administration Manager to supervise daily support operations of our company and plan the most efficient administrative procedures.
  • As a business administration manager you will lead a team of professionals to complete a range of administrative duties in different departments.
  • A great business administration manager has excellent communication and organizational skills. Interested candidates will be versatile in departmental procedures and policies and will be able to actively discover new ways to do the job more efficiently.
