Job Description
  • Acts as a focal point for clients problems, questions  and concerns on clients premises
  • Coordinate with relevant units within client location to provide timely and accurate answers
  • Manage relationships between the company and client
  • Ensure that the company’s outsource offerings are orderly and compliant to clients peculiar preferences

 Qualifications & Skills
  • HND or Degree holders in any field
  • 5 years’ experience handling client issues
  • Good communication  and people issues
  • Good listening skills
  • Ability to resolve issues and escalate same when necessary.
Job Title: Customer Service Personnel
Location:
 Lagos
Responsibilities
  • Attracts potential customers by answering product and service inquiries
  • Escalate orders and fulfill customers’ needs to ensures customers satisfaction
  • Manages customers contacts Centres
  • Deal with and help resolve customers complains
  • Monitoring Driving school students
Qualification & Skills
  • HND or Degree holders in any field
  • Two years’ experience handling client issues
  • Good communication  and people issues
  • Good listening skills
  • Ability to resolve issues and escalate same when necessary.
Job Title: Driving Instructor
Location:
 Lagos
Job Description
  • Drivers’ instructors are needed in our various offices in Lagos
  • Teaching prospective Drivers the knowledge, skill and attitude they need to drive safely
  • Develop and design Lesson plans
  • Impart prospective Drivers with the Right Traffic Rules and procedures
  • Teaching students the Rules of the Road and the safe way to handle an automobile
  • Preparing students for emergency and increase their knowledge on the Revised Highway Code
  • Monitoring Driving school students
Qualifications and Skills
  • HND or Degree qualified in any field
  • Minimum of five years Driving experience without blemish
  • Possession of Valid Drivers License
  • Good communication and people skill
  • Good Interpersonal skill
