Job Title: Cold Room Technician/ Electrician
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Take over from previous shift technician to attend the balance work of the shift.
- Arrange the required material to attend the breakdown or shut down or preventive maintenance of all Mechanical stationary and rotary equipment. {Compressors, Cooling Towers,its fans, Pumps, Condensers, etc
- Door repairs and door alignment of cold rooms /chill rooms, Door gasket and heaters repairs.
- Recording preventive &break down maintenance activity, daily work book in prescribed format.
- Planning and maintaining essential spares stock for preventive/planned/shutdown maintenance.
- Checking of all the refrigeration equipment are running as per designed parameters.
- Check oil /gas level in each system. Top up if required and record the same.
- Check the defrost lines, its insulation, repair to its piping, insulation.
- Attending all normal & emergency gas leaks to ensure that system is free from leakage.
- Repair /Maintenance of line Valves, PRVs, Controls, Level gauge/Switch Solenoid valves.
- Enter all the activities, maintenance carried out if any, complaints received if any in daily shiftlog book, hand it over to your follower, explain him properly and hand over the shift.
- Doing Pressure testing, vacuuming and gas charging of ant system working with
- Critical Success Factors for the Position (along with key Metrics)To maintain the equipment with Zero break down.
- Doing maintenance with Zero accidents.Follow all safety norms while handling any maintenance work .
- Being able to carry out basic electrical maintenance work
Job Requirements
- 1-2 years practical working experience in cold room maintenance
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Must have at least a WAEC certificate or an Ordinary National Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to manage time and priorities effectively to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work well within a team, including others within the company as well as our contractors and suppliers.
- Maintains a positive attitude.
- Communicates and shares information in order to deliver results for the team.
- Ability to make good decisions as it relates to the safe operation of the cold room and other systems and escalate issues appropriately.
- Running night is required
- Experience in Electrical Engineering will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of propane refrigeration system and its safety management will be an added advantage

Job Title: Cold Room Sales Operator
Location: Ajah, Lagos
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the full operation of the cold room.
- Documentation of daily rentals/sales and attending to customers promptly.
- Packing and arranging crates inside the cold room.
- Issuing receipt and receiving money from customers.
- Paying in cash received to our bank agents.
- Tagging and maintaining tags on crates.
- Perform scheduled daily cleaning, maintenance and sanitization of the cold room.
- Report any necessary repair and maintenance of the cold room and its PowerBox.
- Record keeping of all maintenance and repairs performed on the cold room and it’s
- PowerBox.
- Attend to electrical issues
- Reports daily activity to the Facility Manager using official reporting templates.
- Opening/Closing of the cold room for daily operations.
- Any other tasks that may be assigned by the Facility Manager
Job Requirements
